Our own-production carding machine MERINO will convince you. Any carding process will be very easy due to it's extraordinary size and easy operation.
With a roll diameter of 31 cm and a width of 22 cm you can card a fleece of 22 cm width and 97 cm length. This carding machine stands on four solid rubber feet and does not need to be fixed on the table due to its weigth of approx. 13 kg. The carding machine is covered with a card sliver. With this card sliver any kind of wool can be carded. A cleaning brush as well as a doffer pin will be delivered as accessories.
