This wool is very suitable for felting. In our company we process the raw wool into approx. 1 x 2 m fleece. During carding, the fibers are loosened up and largely oriented in parallel. Impurities such as vegetables and very short fiber components of the raw wool are combed out. Fleece wool is kept short-fiber than combed wool. Therefore, spinning fleece wool requires experience. So it is only recommended for advanced spinners. The felting behavior is very good with all the varieties that we offer you. However, different results are achieved depending on the wool.

The fineness of the wool is given in micromillimeters (mic). The number refers to the diameter of each individual fiber. The smaller the number, the finer the wool.
