Jenn-E E-Spinner

The name of the Louët E-Spinner is Jenn-E, named after a spindle frame invented by James Hargreaves in 1764. We thought this was a nice reference to the evolution of spinning and the difference between foot treadled and electric.     The new Jenn-E Features? Variable speed motor 0 to 1800 RPM   Manual speed control Change direction for plying - left or right with a switch Foot operated speed control Large bobbins Switch between IrT or ScT spin styles and orifice sizes for different purposes Magnetic connection
bag included Stylish Louët design Louët has developed a new system to allow users to choose between Scotch tension (ScT) and Irish tension( IrT). Louët’s standard ScT bobbins are smaller than our IrT bobbins, and a common request has been for larger ScT bobbins. With Jenn-E, we have accomplished this allowing a user to choose their favorite tension system, while having a slightly larger bobbin than the current IrT bobbin from Louët.
