Required quantity 0,5-5,0% of the dyeing weight.

WAU-COLOR is an extract produced from the aerial parts of the Weld, Reseda luteola L. This mordant dye is used to obtain different shades of yellow and olive colors with highest fastnesses. Different green nuances can be achieved in combination INDI-Color or HEMA-COLOR. Weld is an annual to biennial plant, native to Central and Southern Europe. Weld is one of the oldest dyestuff plants in Europe and known for its bright yellow with high fastness.
