The Australmerino wool is very suitable for felting.
A smooth, closed surface is created. This merino wool is gently dyed in Germany in accordance with the Öko-Tex® Standard 100 in beautiful shades. The company is certified according to the GOTS standard. In our own factory, we process the dyed raw wool into approx. 1 x 2 m fleece. During carding, the fibers are loosened up and largely oriented in parallel. Impurities such as vegetables and very short fiber components of the raw wool are combed out. Fleece wool is kept short-fiber than combed wool. Therefore, spinning fleece wool requires experience. So it is only recommended for advanced spinners.
Minimum order quantity 100 g. *
The fineness of the wool is given in micromillimeters (mic). The number refers to the diameter of each individual fiber. The smaller the number, the finer the wool.
